FeedRescue AI

Terms

These terms govern FeedRescue AI's Shopify feed diagnostics, monitoring, and merchant-controlled repair workflows.

Agreement and contracting party

Last updated August 14, 2026. These Terms are an agreement between you and Arya Singh, trading as FeedRescue AI ("FeedRescue," "we," "us," or "our"), with a business and notices address at Mulund West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400080, India. Legal notices may be sent to aryasingh080202@gmail.com. The appointed grievance officer is Arya Singh. The customer-care and grievance phone is +91 7738976545.

By installing, accessing, or using FeedRescue, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. You confirm that you are legally able to enter this agreement and are authorized to bind the Shopify merchant or organization whose store you administer.

Merchant responsibility and service scope

FeedRescue provides catalog diagnostics, monitoring, reports, merchant-reviewed repair plans, and supported feed or catalog repair workflows. You remain responsible for your Shopify and Google accounts, catalog accuracy, advertising and compliance decisions, submitted content, authorized users, and every repair you approve.

The default repair model is non-destructive: supplemental data and app-owned metafields are preferred before direct catalog changes. Direct edits require an explicit shop setting and merchant approval. You must review proposed values and must not ask FeedRescue to create identifiers, certifications, shipping facts, or other claims that are false or that you are not authorized to use.

Shopify, Google, and AI boundaries

Shopify and Google are independent platforms governed by their own terms, availability, billing, policies, and account decisions. FeedRescue can identify issues, explain provider responses, and prepare or apply authorized repairs, but cannot guarantee approval, ranking, eligibility, visibility, ad performance, traffic, or sales. Provider changes or outages can delay or prevent app functions.

Deterministic rules and merchant-confirmed facts remain authoritative. AI may assist with limited explanations or suggestions, but you must review AI-assisted output before use. FeedRescue does not authorize AI to invent factual commerce data.

Shopify App Pricing, cancellation, and refunds

FeedRescue uses Shopify App Pricing. Shopify hosts plan selection, obtains charge approval, processes payment, and places charges on your Shopify bill. FeedRescue does not collect payment-card details. The plan, price, billing interval, currency, taxes, proration, and effective date shown by Shopify when you confirm a plan control if that information conflicts with information displayed elsewhere.

You may change plans or move to Free Scan through Shopify's hosted plan-management surface. A change becomes effective in FeedRescue only when Shopify confirms the applicable subscription state. While Shopify continues to report a paid subscription as active, its confirmed plan and limits continue. When Shopify no longer reports an active paid subscription, FeedRescue applies Free Scan access if the app remains installed and locks new paid monitoring and repair actions. Existing audit history may remain available, and a previously recorded safety rollback may remain available only while its original installation and provider authority are still valid.

Paid plans renew through Shopify on the billing interval shown by Shopify until canceled. FeedRescue imposes no separate cancellation fee. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, charges already incurred are non-refundable, and a downgrade, cancellation, or uninstall does not by itself create a retroactive refund. This does not limit any right to a refund or other remedy when the service is defective, deficient, materially not as described or agreed, or delivered late for reasons other than force majeure. Shopify may calculate prorated charges or credits for plan changes. If you believe a charge was duplicated, made in error, or warrants exceptional review, email aryasingh080202@gmail.com. FeedRescue may approve a full or partial adjustment case by case; any approved adjustment is processed only through Shopify's original billing channel and remains subject to Shopify's processing rules.

Canceling a paid plan does not uninstall FeedRescue, disconnect Google, reverse completed provider writes, or delete stored records. Uninstalling ends app access immediately, revokes current Shopify authority, and initiates cleanup that cancels queued work and removes stored Google authority. Because FeedRescue does not call Google's provider-side token-revocation endpoint during that cleanup, you should also revoke FeedRescue from your Google Account's third-party access settings. FeedRescue does not guarantee retrieval or export after uninstall, so preserve any records you need before uninstalling.

Merchant data, privacy, and retention

You grant FeedRescue a limited right to access, process, store, and transmit merchant data only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service and to meet legal obligations. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for data you submit or authorize FeedRescue to process.

Our Privacy Policy describes data categories, subprocessors, security, retention, Shopify privacy webhooks, and deletion. Paid-plan cancellation alone does not trigger data erasure. After uninstall, Shopify's valid shop-redaction request triggers the installation-bound deletion workflow, subject to legal obligations and limited de-identified compliance evidence.

Intellectual property, acceptable use, and termination

FeedRescue and its licensors retain all rights in the app, software, documentation, branding, rules, and service design. During the term, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your authorized Shopify store. You retain ownership of merchant data and feedback, while granting us permission to use feedback without identifying you or disclosing confidential information.

You must not misuse the public checker, evade rate limits, scan private networks, interfere with security, reverse engineer except where law expressly permits it, resell unauthorized access, infringe rights, or use FeedRescue for unlawful or deceptive activity. We may limit or suspend access to protect merchants or providers, respond to abuse, address non-payment, or enforce these Terms. You may terminate by uninstalling the app. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including payment, ownership, disclaimers, liability, notices, and governing law—continue after termination.

You must not use FeedRescue where doing so would violate applicable trade, export-control, or sanctions law. The service is intended for business use by people who are legally able and authorized to bind the merchant they represent.

Availability, warranties, indemnity, and liability

FeedRescue is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation or any particular Shopify, Google, advertising, approval, ranking, visibility, revenue, or sales outcome. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate catalog records and reviewing changes before relying on them.

We may maintain, secure, modify, suspend, or discontinue features as the service and its providers evolve. Neither party is responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, except for payment obligations already incurred and obligations that applicable law does not permit a party to exclude.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data. FeedRescue's aggregate liability arising from the service or these Terms will not exceed the fees you paid for FeedRescue through Shopify during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that applicable law does not permit a party to limit.

You will indemnify FeedRescue against third-party claims and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the service, your breach of these Terms, or content and instructions you provide, except to the extent caused by FeedRescue's own breach, negligence, or willful misconduct.

Governing law and general terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to non-waivable rights or mandatory jurisdiction, the courts of competent jurisdiction located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or FeedRescue.

Notices to FeedRescue must be sent to aryasingh080202@gmail.com, with a copy to Mulund West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400080, India. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a reorganization, financing, or transfer of the service. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the applicable Shopify billing confirmation form the complete agreement for the service.

We may update these Terms to reflect service, provider, legal, or security changes. We will post the updated text and date here and, when required, provide additional notice. Continued use after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
